DTMF TONES WHILE ON CONFERENCE CALL

I need the Norstar to send DTMF tones when in conference mode, but it appears by default a Norstar does not do that. How can we get the system to generat the tone while on a conference call.

When on the call try F808 (long tones)

We will give it a try. Will we have to do that each time we need the feature, or does that change the phone state for good?

DTMF tones are not generated during conference calls. Long Tones F808 is also denied on conference calls.
