DTI012 when trying to enable a loop

Have a PRI in an option 11 that gives me a DTI012 when trying to enable. This is not a TMDI card.

Ran a SLFT and got DTI025

Is the card dead?

It's saying that it's not there, are you sure there is a card in the slot your trying to enable, if so get yourself another one and replace it

kinda what I figured. had an end user doing the reseat for me, so I can only go on what he's telling me, and assume he's go the card back in properly. Have opened a ticket with our vendor to dispatch a ticket to site.
