DT500 Digital Phone - Speaker Phone

One of the Digital DT 500 (SV9100) phones, the speaker phone button is not working, (some prog issue?),
The same phone works at other locations and any other phone on this extension has the same issue.

Check and see if the headset button is active. If it is it often stops the handset and speaker from working.

Try this, check 11-12-37 and see what the Common Canceling Code is, (620 at default). Go to the phone and pick up the handset and dial the code listed at 11-12-37, you should hear 2 beeps. Now try the Speaker button.
