DSQuery Problem

I have a Windows 2003 Server SP1 Server with a Domain Functional Level of Windows 2000 Native.

I tried to issue a DSQuery command from a command line, dsquery user -inactive 4 , to query inactive users for the last four weeks.

I got the following error message - "Servername - Windows could not run this query because you are connected to a Domain that does not support this query"

Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
