ds3 with two routers

I have two 7204VXR cisco routers and a single ds3. What is the best way to build in backup settings or fail over?

It would require physical failover. You could set the routers up so that it'd take over on the LAN side, but you would have to physically move the DS3 over..

So is there a way to setup both with load balancing? Where one would just take over?

If you are looking for redundancy, you will need 2 circuits.
Load balancing can be done with a single router.
