Hi,
I'm looking to setup a point-to-point DS3 between two locations. What is the cheapest method to accomplish this in terms of hardware? Im assuming I would need two 2691s with an NM-1TE3 in each of them. This runs about $4500 for the router and $4500 for the module? $9k for each site seems a little steep to me.

That's one time cost. Your DS3 will run anywhere from 5K to 10K per month, alhtiugh there are certain variables (full/channelized? ATM or not?)
