It does not need to be busied out to test, but I think what Reynolds723 was trying to tell you is to busy the board out, then release it, to see if that helps with the problem. Test the board immediately after releasing it and check the error log and the alarm table and compare the codes in the documentation. The library I sent you the link on has thousands of pages of info, so I am not sure why you say it is not in detail. Download the library, then under Product List, Communication Manager, look under Maintain, there are 3 things you can click on, Alarms, Commands and Procedures for Communication Manager, start in chapter 5 on the Alarms document to see what the errors you are seeing are and how to troubleshoot from there. If you are going to test the board and have entries in your alarm table, the other 2 documents will be very helpful. Like I said before, the info is not easy to find, but it is in there. It takes patience and perseverance, but you will find it.
