Hi all!

I have a problem with my Small Office
I have SOE with one BRI, 4 analog tel. lines, 8 digital stations and 3 VoIP channels
I have all 8 DS phones connected.
And from time to time I get a mail message from IPO (SMTP enabled) containing, for example:
- The phone with id 55 has been removed for extension 210 (MAIN CPU - IP 401 NGDCP, port 6)

And little bit after that another:

- The phone type 2402 (id 55) has been plugged in for extension 210 (MAIN CPU - IP 401 NGDCP, port 6)

But no one has physically plugged out or plugged in phones.

On AVAYA’s site in “Global IP Office Technical Tip No. 143” I’ve red that module DS30V2 can reboot if it is fully loaded, because power supply is not strong enough.

Could this be a problem in my case too?
Has anyone similar experiences?
Have you any idea?

Thanks in advance!

This problem causes the DS30v2 module to get stuck in a boot-loop when restarting the unit and should not be why you are having problems with your Small Office

Yes I’m aware of that
Only I am looking for any connection with my case.

Do you have any idea what is a problem in my case?
