Avaya IP Office Digital Station 30 provides an additional 30 digital station (DS)
ports for digital telephones Compatible with IP403, IP406 V1, IP406 V2.

Coincidence that unit supplies 30 station ports.

DS30 = Is what the KSU provides:
Digital Station Bus Expansion Port
32 time slots divided by A and B channels.

I.e. a 0X16 will take up a DS30 port on an expansion card.
