DS 2000 / intramail mailbox not answering Please help.

Hello NEC gurus, can you help an old phone guy out? I have a customer with a DS 2000/intramail. system hit by lightning.
I replaced the KSU, and all cards, everything appears working, the voicemail is working when I press MW
All I need to do is have station 300 voice mail answer calls day and night after 4 rings.
I tried to simply forward station 300 to VM and the display reads RNA>voice mail. but the call never
gets answered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
