Dropped Calls 2

I am running MICS XC 6.1 with 2 PRI's in the core. One is for outgoing and one is for incoming calls. The client makes about 1000 calls per day and each day, several outbound calls are being dropped mid conversation. When they are dropped, the phone goes black for a moment then shows time and date and is ready to be reused again. I have swapped the cards and the problem seems to stay with the outgoing calls (now going throug the other card). I am looking for some ideas as to how to troubleshoot this problem.

are you on 6.1 maint rel 6.10...if not that was one of the issues with pri's dropping calls

yes, I am on 6.1 baseline. Is there any doncmentation on this issue?

on nortels web site/your vendor would have the info..it was a free upgrade

You nailed it, luv2ski. Upgrade to 6.10 MR 10 (30CPQ10) did the trick. No dropped calls all week. Thanks....

Along these lines what were the improvements from MR 05 to MR 10? Just curious, anybody know?
