Dropdownlist - Number of rows displayed

In ASP 1.1, I have a dropdownlist with, say, 30 list items defined.

When the dropdown is invoked, only the first 11 list items are displayed, the other 19 items you need to scroll down to select. Is there a way to configure the dropdown so that all 30 list items appear once you press the down arrow to display?
