I've modified this dropdown menu script to work with a site we are creating. Although it works beautifully in FF, in IE, it drops down from the wrong place. This has me rather mystified since I've used this script before and got it working using the exact same setup I have now. If someone could take a look and see if they notice what could be wrong, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps you'll just have to check for the browser type, and add a few pixels to your menu positioning if the browser is IE.

Different browsers interpret screen position differently and the positioning can be offset by things like the width of scrollbars on the pages, etc.

As snotmare said, you will probably have to detect the browser type and offset the values based on that.

Your HTML and your CSS do not validate correctly

Go to the W3C website and try their validators. Fix the problems they highlight with your code and you might find that it does the trick. Even if it doesnt then you have not lost anything but you'll have a warm fuzzy feeling inside knowing that your code is valid.
