Drop down menu extends within a frame

Looks like they use a simple javascript menu. Any reason you don't just use the same js if you want the same effect?
The downside of using a js menu is it doesn't work if your users have js turned off (probably around 10% 0f your users). There are pure HTML/CSS dropdown menus available, like or just google for 'suckerfish menus' for some alternative implementations
