driver detective

help anybody... recently formated a pc of a customer and i cant find the drivers of the sound card... i use a programa call "driver detective" that tell me the name of the chipset in a motherboard... i found the program in internet but i can downloading it start over & over when i try to install any one have that program to mail it to me or know something to know what drivers needs a pc?? my mail its jorgelq@telnor.net
