Drive Works, but doesn't show in My Computer

I have a drive that I can access. My tv software is writing to it and for all intensive purposes it seems fine.

It isn't showing up in My Computer?

I have had the same configurations for about a month with no issues until now.

C Drive = OS and Files 120G Drive
D Drive = CD/DVD Writer
E Drive = Printer Digital Camera Card
L Driver= External USB 120G Backup Drive
M Driver = Music 120G Drive
P Drive = Photo Drive 13G
V Drive = Video Driver 250G
All are SATA hookups - some are converted from IDE.

The V-drive is there if you navigate via the url bar, but isn't showing in my computer. Also, my Beyond TV software just taped a Food Network show so I know that it's working.

How do I get it to show again?
