Drive Mappings

Is there a way to make drive mappings in XP Pro a part of the loccal computers profile and not the user profile? I work in a school district and would like to have computers is a lab map a drive for a specific application. I don't want it to roam with the users.

Place the lab machines in a separate OU, create a GPO that runs a login script to map the drives you want.

1. Create a batch file with drive mapping and place it in the startup folder.

2. Map the drive manually and have it "Reconnect at next logon"
