Dreamweaver: Testing Files and URL's 1

Howcome on some pc's, when I view my files in the browser is shows the url with the name of the file like this:

http://localhost/teststuff02/index.asp

and in others it shows a temp filename?

http://localhost/teststuff02/TMP76d43rwi83.asp

If you press F12 in DW a temporary file is opened and reason sometimes changes are not immediatelly viewed.

Is there a way to force the browser to not create a temp file in the instances where it wants to?

I believe it's a DW default

you can just type your direct url

http://localhost/folder/page.asp

and keep it open at all times when you're updating and simply refresh (F5) the page every time...
