Man o man, you will love it. I have a beta test of Dreamweaver4 Ultradev4 Fireworks4. It Rocks
The best thing tha I found was automation of form inserting, and the ease of creating tables. You are no longer required to create, move, merge your own tables. Instead you draw rectangles anywhere on the page, designing the table exactly how you want. The final big thing I noticed was how things are a bit more obvious now. Such as having the title tag for each page underneath the navigation bar. You just type in what you want it to say. No clicking, menus, or icons. Really easy.
