Hi Luke,
Sort of, I haven't seen one in 2D but try this for 3D:
First thing to do is download a copy of spiral.lsp if you don't already have it. Draw the 3d sprial, then create your thread profile, v-shape, acme, square whatever, and then extrude your profile along the sprial you just created.
