Do I want a 2, 4 or 8 Way DRAM Bank interleave in the bios?

1066 fsb mobo, 1066 processer, crucial ballistix ddr2 5300 (667).

Alternatively, or even as well, download memtest86 and see which setting gives you the best/fastest results.

You will need to know what memory modules are hidden under the Ballistix heat spreaders as the interleave you want depends on the modules' internal banking scheme.
