Drag and drop with shaded images

Hi folks.

I'm trying to do a advances drag and drop project right now.
Unfortunately, I have come to a dead end with this project.

I have used this link as base for the drag and drop project:

I want to redraw my dragging image depending on which Panel I'm entering. I cannot find support for this function in the TDragControlObject class. Is it possible to force resize & redraw in another way?

Bobbafet, you seems to be a king using sendmessages. Do you have a tip?
