Draft folder continues to lock up my system

We have Exchange 5.5 running on Windows 2000 server and the workstations run W2K pro and have Microsoft Outlook. I have 1 user who constantly has their system lock up when trying to save a message to the draft folder.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Should I just reload Outlook on the workstation?
