I am looking for some help. I have a desktop that is using an ati radeon 9600 video card The other day i went to turn the system on and the viewsonic a70 monitor is indicating dpms suspend mode. I researched this and discovered this has somehting to do with power settings.
I then took this monotor and plugged it into a laptop figuring my desktop had some power setting not set correctly. I recieved the same message on the laptop.
This monitor worked fine for about 2 months ( i purchased t from a freind 2 months ago) .
I have a secondary backup monitor that is not giving me any problems. Hence this post. Is this monitor shot or is there a some sort of fix I can do.
