downloading a form

I have a form in excel that I would like to download on my website, unfortunitly it does not work in all browsers and I like to know if anyone can help to put the correct codes in to make it work so they can print this excel document. After it is downloaded I have a thank you form. Also I want this form to in e-mail. If someone can direct me or help me I would appreciate. I am using Dreamweaver ultra dev 3.0

Its not overly clear what you want.

Is your excel sheet a "form" in the meaning of html; - or jsut a form you want people to downlaod and print out?

I think its the latter.

If it is, why not save it as a pdf file(you need acrobat) or zip it(winzip or another program) and it will downlaod fine. An excell spreesheet will jsut open if you click on it otherwise.
