Hi!

I have a little problem. On my web page, I want to allow the users to download an exe of 3.3MB size.

I do :

<a href=&quot;/Download/wmtools.exe&quot;>Download WMTools!</a>

But it takes 5 minutes before a window &quot;Open or Save...&quot; appears!

Why???
