I would try the Microsoft Webpage, but honestly you may just have to buy yourself a version. I know that I just gave away my 4.0 version to a friend not so long ago, so if your looking for older versions you only have to find someone who has one. The newer ones, you will have to fork over some $$$. Unix is the only language that I'm familiar with that is free, I'm sure there are others but I don't know of them
