When I download a picture, the only option is bmp format. I used to be able to download in jpg. Something has changed in my computer. How do I change it back to downloading jpg? The dropdown box now only has bmp. Thanks and have a great day.

It is an oddity in IE, and gx3 provides the necessary MSKB article. Clearing your Temporary Internet file cache usually is enough to resolve the isssue, curiously.

I have tried the article and followed the instructions. I even went to the two related articles. The problem still remains that I can only download pictures as bmp. Help? Thanks. John
