Good Afternoon Everyone,
I have created an Access application which will be used on multiple remote sites. During the course of operations...I expect to update the application's front and back end. I am looking at putting new versions on a website and allowing the users to download it via the web. For the front end...there is no problem in doing this. However...if the user downloads the backend tables...it will overwrite their tables and delete the information.
Question: How can I set up the back end such that when the user downloads updates to the table structures...they do not overwrite their data? It should just add the new fields to the appropriate tables.
Thanks!
Jeffrey
