Hi,

i recently upgraded from Small Business Server 2000 to Small Business Server 2003. SBS 2003 was put on a new server and all data migrated across. So now I have the old server sitting with Small Business 2000 on it and was wondering is there anyway I can downgrade it to just Server 2000 to put on the network as one cant have more than one Small Business Server on a network at any one time. I want to use this probably as just a file server.

All help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

If you are sure you are completely done with the machine, I would just do a clean install of Windows 2000.

Yeah but then would I not need the server 2000 cd?

Yes. I may have misunderstood, I thought you had Windows 2000 server and the appropriate license. I am not as familiar with SBS, but I don't think you can just downgrade it. Hopefully someone out there can confirm or correct me on that.
