Downgrade IPO from R10 to R9.1

Is it possible to downgrade an IPO from R10 to R9.1?

Yes, load bin files for 9.1, change working directory on manager that points to the location of these bin files, then file/advanced/upgrade

Depends on licencing as some PLDS licences (which all R10 licences are) are version specific.
