I have an SCN with (3) systems, the third was added within the last 2 months. The two original systems, and voicemail pro, are running 7.0, the third IPO is running 9.0. Avaya has stated in the past that the SCN will work with different releases, but options will be limited to the lowest IPO release on SCN. This WAS their policy, my apologies if it has changed.
Well, I have an issue with the system running 9.0 and I want to downgrade to match the other systems at 7.0. I have looked through the marketingtools docs, and searched through tek-tips, havent found my answer.
Any license required for downgrading IP 500V2 from 9.0 to 7.0?
