Dowloading files Microsoft Terminal Services

I am logging on to my server through Terminal Services and I have a file about 60mb so its to big to send through email. How would I go about downloading it to my computer?

are you running 2000 terminal server or NT terminal server? ~ The day I think I know it all, i'm changing careers ~

Its windows 2000 advanced server... With Terminal Services Client. Hope that helps...Thanks
