DOUBT OF 2250

I SAW THAT CONSOLE 2250 HAVE 20 KEYS PROGRAMMABLES MY DOUBT IS HOW COUNT IT BECAUSE IN THE MANUAL I DON´T UNDERSTAND . FOR EXAMPLE I NEED SETUP A KEY EES IN KEY 10 BUT I DON´T KNOW THE LOCATION OF THIS KEY 0 TO 9 AND 10 AND 19 ANYBODY CAN HELP ME?

count is strange, but i have a copy of it at work, that will not be until monday.. i usually put a page button on a key, then find it.. sorta a cheat, but it works for me.. if your post is still up on monday i'll post a button layout.

OK, The M2250, You have indicators and Keys. Starting from the left side bottom counting upwards, First row of keys:

Row 1, Trunk Group Busy (TGB)key 0-9
Row 2, Incoming Call Indicators (ICI) Key 0-9
Row 3, Loop Keys (LPK) Release, LPK 0-9
Dial Pad
Row 4 Hold,Shift,BLF,RLDES,RELSRC,EXDES,EXSRC
Row 5 Feature Keys (FK) key 0-9

Their respective indicators are located to the left of the key.

Key 10 to 19 can be assigned and are used with the key "shift" on 2250

These feature keys are located on the right side 0 to 9 from bottom to top and use shift to get 10 to 19 on the same keys, like 1911 indicated in the earlier post.

techman3030 is correct! Feature keys are the ones used for EES and they are located on the far right. The only concern for the feature keys is, that if the event you want to use the feature Barge-in or Busy Verify, those two features must be assigned to the lower two keys, other wise EES can be put on 00-19 using the shift. 00 would again be at the bottom and would be at the bottom. Just press the shift key first.
