DoubleClick to share the same app window

Hello,

Currently, when I double click on 2 files of the same type, it will start 2 instance of the same application.

I like to open the 2nd file in the same program window - the same result as using the "open" dropdown in the application to open a 2nd file.

Mike,

Any application I double click will start a new instance.

MS office products, e.g. Wrods, Excel, etc.
Adobe Potot Shop
Paint shop
Textpad
...
