hi
i found that i got two no user in a cfg ,tried to nominate one of them ,try to clear it but seems impossible
anyone has ever tested a situation like that
seems the only consequence of this is that 3 user ,only 3 of 50,when the system reboot become nouser and have to dial *11 to log
can anybody help me ?

This is a common bug with Manager. The problem is not with the control unit, but the software itself. The way to do this is to create a new config, and copy and paste your entries from the original backup file.

So, you create a default config in a Manager window. Delete all users except RemoteManager and NoUser. Open another Manager window and open the original file for offline use. Copy and paste all of your original users apart from Remote Manager and NoUser into the new config file.

You can then delete everything else from the config, and using copy and paste, you can replace your original entries.

Hope this helps!

i tried but when i import them i find 4 nouser insted of 2 :(

That's usually because you're working with a live config, and deleting "NoUser" accounts. Each time you delete a NoUser and send the config, another one will be generated.

The method I mentionned has worked for me many a time, but you must use a default config and only copy in the real users, not RemoteManager and NoUser. Save the config offline before you send it to the unit.

Don't use the import tool, just use multi select and copy and paste from one window to another.
