Hey all, got one that kind of has me stumped. Running a IP500v2 at 8.0 w/VMPro. Connected to Charter SIP trunks and has 9608 handsets. Issue being, in the prefix tab of the SIP trunk, if I leave it blank, caller ID comes in fine, no prefix, like intended. I need a 9 inserted for dialing out and when I enter a 9 in the prefix tab, the caller ID then displays two 9's. Remove the prefix 9 and caller ID comes in normal. My thought is to adjust the .txt file and do the 9 in caller ID that way but I know the prefix tab has worked fine for me on other systems and now I'm feeling stubborn. Anyone see this before?
