Doorphone and Paging on External Speaker

Greetings Telephone Guru's,
Customer has a 0x32 with a doorphone. It's set to page zone 1 after 3 rings of no Answer. Problem is it's not doing the page on the external speaker. (It IS doing the page tone on the phones though)

Any idea's y ?

If I do feature 631 my page DOES come out of all phones and the external horn in zone 1.

yes sounds like the door phone is being answered by a ccr path and set to page. check this path to change it to page sets and speakers.

The Norstar doorphone is only capable of paging zone 1, 2, or 3. I don't think there is any option to have the doorphone page external speakers via ext page port. When set to zone 1 in doorphone programming (Feature 9*4), the doorphone will only be paging internal sets in zone 1, as with Feature 611. The external paging port is not part of the internal zones. Feature 631 is a combo of both internal (zone 1) and external paging.
