Programming is done through UM or EM depending on s/w level. No ftr code to program.

Yes, If you are using the door opener to deactivate a magnet by digit press, sometimes it is good to have the locksmith or door installer there as a vendor meet. Sometimes they can give you advice on the wiring of the magnet in the lock, and tie it all together if there are any strange problems. The manuals that come with both parts are pretty good as well. Not much to them.

Consider using a Hunt Group for the ringdown. In Michigan, full time receptionists are a rare breed, and setting up a HG divvys out the responsiblility of responding to customers.
