Today I was on a service call on a system that I installed about three years ago the customer was saying that when people call they didn't have the option to open the gate.
In between now and then there was some other company out there that messed up the programming. So as my memory started to return I remembered that I created something like a virtual DN and the reason that the open option wasn't displaying in the soft key area was that someone removed the answer DN I had created for the opener programming it this way gives the advantage of adding the answer DN to any and multiple phones
This would be a great subject to add to the frequent questions section since the install manual doesn't cover this.
