Domain Security Policy is gone!

One of my assistants deleted the Domain Security Policy.

Does anyone know of a way to recreate the policy? When opening the DSP, I get "failed to open the group policy object. You may not have appropiate rights."

Detail: the system cannot find the path specified.

demote assistant to guest user rights level.

step 2:
directory services restore mode, and do an NT restore...

Keep in mind that you will need to reconfigure any settings that you may have set in this policy. This is typical password policy (password length, change frequency, lockout, etc).
