Is there a way to set up a Remote Access Server in XP? I know about Remote Control and Remote Assistance, and those aren't what I want. I want a user to be able to dial into my XP box and be routed onto my IP network without having to setup an NT/2k server.

Is this possible with XP?

Thanks

If you go to Microsofts site and down load the Admin pack for XP it will install Routing and remote access service with it. You may be able to use that. I have not set it up for that before. But I bekieve it si possible. I will check on it. James Collins

Albion, did downloading the admin pack for XP resolve your issue? I myself need to install RAS on an XP machine but I 'm unsure how to. Thanks

Now way in heck to do RAS under XP. Purchase Windows 2003 Server.

Or if it is a good fit, Win2003 Small Business Service is a genuine bargain.
