Does VI can show Syntax Highlight ?

Don't think so Bourbon, which leaves you with two options:
1. Linux stuff is open source -- get the source for vim and compile it on the boxof your choice....... *might* be difficult.... *might* be easy.
2. Learn and use emacs instead which does or can be made to do syntax highlighting - I believe. Almost as bad as 1. in my opinion but there are a lot of people who use it. Mike
