Cool ... there was rumor of that at one time. I keep getting a fail to transfer when trying to upgrade that is why I asked.

what unit are you trying to upgrade?

failed to transfer usually is password issue i think.

It was licenced during ther field trial and initially intended to licence for all but they since dropped that. Also Tom is correct failed to transfer is normally a password issue, "password" is the default not "Administrator"

Yeah ... that's what I thought ... it is an IP500 with password as the password ... it's taken all updates until now ... it's just my lab system, i guess i'll tyr again.

Sometimes if you try to upgrade the unit straight away after upgrading Manager it doesn't work and a reboot of your PC is required, also check after upgrading it hasn't mchanged your working directory away from the Manager folder as that has been known to happen too
