Does IP Office/VM Pro do Voice-to-text? 1

I could be extra dense this morning, but I can't find this out one way or the other.

I see a lot of discussions here about text-to-voice but not the other way around.

One of my users thought it was something that was built into the IP Office. I was beginning to think I was just too dumb to find it.
