Does anyone have the "column headers" (per se) for the CMLOGGING call events?

I've scoured these posts, and Googled. The Avaya "manual" on SysMonitor is laughably self-explanatory.. meaning, it indicates "the call tab is for selecting options related to calls" (uh, gee, thanks for that enlightenment).

To clarify, the gist of the logged call info is good enough for *me* to use day-in and day-out, but I have a meeting with executives tomorrow, some of whom will undoubtedly ask what each column means (I've imported the delimited text into Excel for stats-crunching)

I'm looking for definitive explanations for each field, whether empty or not.

This is the log info to which I refer:
CALL:2013/01/0207:28,00:02:21,004,9045553785,I,236,8228,HERD&ASSOC,,,0,,""n/a,0

At a rough guess it looks similar to the SMDR records that the system can output. Look in the IP Office Manager help for details.

Looks very much like the SMDR output, so shouldnt be too hard to find.

Yeesh.. it's been a while since I was such a n00b.

Thanks guys. I've now installed Delta Server, and finally got it to talk with IPO (who the heck uses TCP port 0 ??).

I'm not trying to figure out how to view and/or archive calls.

You have Delta server talking to an 8.1 system? They started actively blocking this at R6 (I think it was) [ponder]

Welll, maybe I don't.

When I start and navigate to the Comms link on the left, it shows I'm connected to my IP 500.

Is that all I should expect?

Should I pursue a better (free/open-source) SMDR receiver?

See if it pulls any data, make some calls and look at the SMDR and look at the users etc :)

It shows all the users, Hunt Groups, and all the PRI line info.

No call info, but that's where I was stuck to begin with. If I'm stuck because that's as far as I *can* go, that would be nice to now, before I spend any more time on this product.

No it doesn't work then, as I say they stopped supporting this and stopped it working years ago. If you want call logs and reports etc then buy software designed to do it like Xima Chronicall or similar, you will get far better results than trying to do it yourself/for free :)
