I've scoured these posts, and Googled. The Avaya "manual" on SysMonitor is laughably self-explanatory.. meaning, it indicates "the call tab is for selecting options related to calls" (uh, gee, thanks for that enlightenment).
To clarify, the gist of the logged call info is good enough for *me* to use day-in and day-out, but I have a meeting with executives tomorrow, some of whom will undoubtedly ask what each column means (I've imported the delimited text into Excel for stats-crunching)
I'm looking for definitive explanations for each field, whether empty or not.
