I was looking for the HP LaserJet 5 User Manual. Please let me know if you have a copy or a link. Thanks

Thanks for the link, but it was to the 5Si Series. I was looking for the original 5/5M.

Thanks again for the heads up on the manual. However, I wasn't looking to purchase a copy. But thanks any how.

Looking at HP's website, there are 2 different types of 5/5M printers. One is color, one is not. Go to and click drivers & Support, enter Laserjet 5/5M and click "See support and Troubleshooting information". When it comes up to the next screen, you'll see the 2 different types of printers. One way I've noticed to get info on older products is to click the "Discover my product" link and sometimes you get the manuals through there.

The color printer seems to have a plain "Manuals" link (look at the orange highlighted list as opposed to the blue highlighted list) where as the black printer seems to have an "Order Manuals" link. Since I don't have more information on what you're looking for specifically, this is the best any of us can do to direct you to the information.

Hope it helps.

I've searched for service manuals, not user manuals, but have not had luck finding "free" manuals for hp line.

I don't know where to get a free manual, but I do have one myself. If there was something specific you were looking for I might be able to help.
