I'm trying to swap 2 ext numbers (example: ext 141 to where ext 145 is and vicebersa).
I am using socketspm and unfortunately i'm not on site to just swap cables.

Can you guys please help?

probably the right terminology is to " renumber extensions"

Thanks in advanced.

Well - you need to do a "double" switch. You first need to renumber both extentions to some other unused extention range (the original setup space range would be good.

Then renumber each extention from the new extention number back to what you need them to be.

Thank you so much Tom, it worked.
All you have to do is use a dummy number to hold the extension you want to move and then do tha same thing with the other one and at the end renumber the dummy numbers back to what you originally wanned them to be right?

I guess I made it sound harder than you did...

I really appreciate it.
