DOD trunk Group not releasing

hey guys,

i have a hospital customer with s8720. the issue is that they have a trunk group CO lines. when the member is busy for outside call or incoming call it doesn't release after the call is finished, it keeps giving active. any idea what is the problem.

That is a typical issue with loop-start analog trunks without disconnect supervision. If you can you have your provider change to ground-start, you may have better luck.
